Thank you to all who attended our May monthly coffee morning, we raised a fantastic £132.00 for Chestnut Tree House Children's Hospice!
It was a fantastic coffee morning and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it! Ashdown Park Hotel's very own Bar Manager Tamas hosted the morning and was truly engaging. Not only was the topic of conversation of great interest but he had some brilliant top tips and funny stories!
The cocktail tasting itself was also a huge success! To ensure each guest who wanted to try the cocktails could, a small amount was poured into shot glasses and served. The delicious summer recipes with fresh fruit and herbs really was the perfect way to welcome the warm weather of the early May Bank Holiday weekend.
The cocktails tasted included the classic Cosmopolitan, Liviu-May cocktail of the month, Ashdown Daiquiri, Mango Spritiz and a tasty Mango Mocktail.

30ml Gordon's Gin
15ml Apricot Brandy
25ml Passion Fruit Puree
75ml Pineapple Juice
