Family Stays
Bringing your family for a countryside retreat couldn't be easier than a stay in our family suites. We have cots, sofa beds, and pull-in beds available to ensure everybody gets a comfortable night's sleep. Children under 2 stay for free, and under 16's can be added to your room booking for just £30.00 per night, which includes their breakfast the next morning. For all children, we will include a bathrobe in the bedroom, and bring juice and cookies at bedtime.
If your family trip is an adult affair, allow us to allocate rooms close-by to one another. We recommend speaking to our reservations team about any sleeping requirements for your family in advance so that we can ensure the correct rooms are allocated.
For furry family members joining you, our Fairway Suites are dog-friendly and your pooch can be added to your booking at just £30.00 per night.
Children’s Packages & Tariffs - If you prefer to select an alternative package or break, your children are of course still welcome and can be added to any rate. Please be aware that bedroom upgrade charges may apply if the package you select doesn't include a bedroom large enough to facilitate the number of children.

Keeping the Kids Entertained
Our 186-acre estate provides plenty to keep the whole family entertained, whether visiting us overnight or just for the day. Explore the history of Ashdown Park with our 'Discovery Trail' (available at reception), or head into the Woodland, keeping an eye out for our resident wildlife all around. For something more competitive we have our Croquet Lawn, Tennis Courts, Table Tennis, and Garden Games available on a complimentary basis for any guests of Ashdown Park. Swimming Pool
Use of the Swimming Pool is included in all guest stays and is suitable for families to enjoy. We request that under 16's are accompanied in the pool, and note that swim times for children 12 and under are 9am-12pm, and 3pm-6pm.
Dining with your Family
If heading into one of our public spaces to dine, both restaurants offer a Children's Menu, while our Afternoon Tea offers a 'Winnie the Pooh' take for the little ones joining you.
