Some of the finest views over our rolling parklands can be enjoyed from the Fairways suites which are located next to the Country Club. They also look out onto the 1st tee and the 9th green so are ideal for keen golfers, as well as lovers of the Country Club’s luxurious spa.

ASHDOWN PARK COUNTRY HOUSE HOTEL EAST SUSSEX
As befits one of the finest country house hotels in Sussex, each room and suite has been beautifully styled with luxurious country furnishings and modern amenities, with each suite named after a species of tree found in the surrounding forest. But this is all that makes a stay with us so special.
CLASSIC BEDROOMS
Classic Bedrooms are cosy and decorated in keeping with the hotel’s grand style. They are located throughout the hotel and are furnished with either double or twin beds, an armchair with coffee table, writing desk and luxurious en-suite bathroom.

CLASSIC PARKLAND VIEW
These rooms are more spacious than the standard Classic Bedrooms and benefit from the best views of the estate, including the tranquil chapel area, lakes, manicured gardens, and parkland, where you may see our resident deer roaming.

SUPERIOR CLASSIC BEDROOMS
Superior Classic Bedrooms are more spacious in comparison to the Classic Bedrooms. Many of the bedrooms also enjoy beautiful views of the lakes and lawns or the tranquil chapel area and a few have balcony areas. Superior Classic Bedrooms have either double or twin beds and can accommodate an extra bed for a child.

JUNIOR SUITES
Junior Suites are an ideal choice for families or anyone seeking a bit more room during their stay. These spacious suites provide extra comfort, with many featuring sofa beds to accommodate additional guests. Offering a blend of elegance and practicality, they ensure that everyone has plenty of space to relax. Whether you're traveling with children or simply prefer a more generous layout, our Junior Suites provide the perfect solution.

SUITES
Our Suites are spread out throughout the hotel, providing a variety of parkland views and room feels. Many of our Suites include two rooms, so that you can benefit of a separate lounge or reception area, to guarantee room availability call and book with our Reservations team. The bathrooms are larger and more luxurious, and some have separate walk in showers. Suites are large enough to accommodate two extra beds making them ideal for families.

FAIRWAY STUDIO SUITE
Our two Fairway Studio Suites are located with views of the golf course and beyond into the Ashdown Forest. Both boast a separate shower, and air conditioning, as well as being dog friendly options for your stay with your pooch.

MASTER SUITES
These are our top grade of suite and are the most opulent rooms in the hotel. Each is unique in style with either a king size bed, a view of the lake and lawns or our parklands, and an array of exclusive features from wood panelling to stained glass windows, or lovely bay windows which flood the suite with natural light. All Master Suites have gorgeous bathrooms.
